1. Principle of Discretion

The Musse Group Ltd. operates under strict protocols of confidentiality. We treat all corporate, personal, and operational data with the highest level of institutional care. This policy describes how we collect, utilise, and safeguard information across our international digital storefront.

2. Data Minimisation & Collection

We reject invasive data tracking. We only collect information that you explicitly and voluntarily provide to us during your engagement process. Examples of this include:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, corporate title, institutional affiliation, and email address submitted via direct correspondence or our secure briefing architecture.

  • Mandate Context: Briefing notes or operational criteria provided voluntarily to prepare for our introductory advisory session.

3. Institutional Processing

Musse Group Ltd. processes your data strictly to execute your advisory mandates and manage secure scheduling. Your information is never sold, leased, distributed, or monetised. To maintain data sovereignty, your interactions are contained within premium, enterprise-grade cloud architecture (Squarespace hosting and Microsoft enterprise engines). In the execution of our advisory mandates, we may deploy secure artificial intelligence systems to synthesise data and accelerate strategic insights. Any data processed through these systems remains strictly confidential and is never used to train public language models. Data submitted via inquiries is retained only for the duration necessary to evaluate or execute the mandate, after which it is securely purged.

4. International Compliance & Rights

As a UK-registered entity operating globally, we cleanly align our data protection standards with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) to ensure comprehensive transparency and sovereignty for all visitors regardless of their jurisdiction.

5. Your Global Data Rights

Under the UK GDPR and equivalent global frameworks, you maintain the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data. Furthermore, for United States residents (including CCPA), we explicitly confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information under any circumstances.
